What is Causerie?
Causerie is a European AI chatbot for business websites. It learns your content (website pages, PDFs, free text), answers visitors 24/7 using GPT, Claude, Gemini or Mistral, captures leads through an in-chat form and emails them to you. It installs with one line of code on any website.
How much documentation can it handle?
Unlimited on the Business plan, thanks to native RAG: unlimited PDFs and semantic knowledge base. The other plans have a cap (1 PDF on Free, 5 on Essentiel, 20 on Pro). Unlike chatbots that stuff your entire documentation into the prompt and break down after a few dozen pages, Causerie splits your documents into chunks, vectorises them and only sends the 3 to 10 relevant excerpts per question.
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. Your documents and conversations never leave the continent and are never used to train AI models. This is the default configuration, not a paid add-on.

GPT-6 Luna is the recommended default.
