When you hit your quota, the bot pauses and you are notified (email alert at 80%). Upgrade in one click to resume. Overages are never billed automatically.
Can I change plan mid-month?
Yes, anytime from the dashboard. Upgrading applies the new quota immediately with prorated billing. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes: 1 active bot and 50 conversations per month, no credit card, no time limit. It is enough to test Causerie in real conditions on your website before moving to Pro.
Are prices excluding VAT?
Prices are excluding VAT, billed in euros from France. French VAT applies depending on your situation (EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged).
What is the difference between Business and the Agencies offer?
Business (€99/month) covers up to 15 bots with unlimited RAG and white-label on one domain: ideal for a multi-site SMB or a small agency starting out. The Agencies offer adds unlimited bots and clients, full multi-client white-label, a multi-account dashboard, volume-based pricing and a dedicated account manager.
Are there hidden fees or paid add-ons?
No. Removing the Causerie branding is included from Business, where some competitors charge for it annually. All 8 AI models are included in your plan quota, with no per-model surcharge.
