Causerie came out of a problem we lived through, not out of a pitch deck. Here is the story, the team, and what we hold to.
Before Causerie, we shipped custom chatbots: assemblies plugged into the OpenAI API, wired straight into our clients' website code. They worked. But every update, a price change, a new service, a rewording, meant a technical intervention. And our clients never saw what their bot was telling their visitors.
Causerie fixes both problems. Autonomy: you import your content, change the personality, switch AI model from a dashboard, with no developer. Transparency: every conversation is readable in full, every lead lands in your inbox.
Today Causerie answers the visitors of a training organisation, an event equipment rental company and a medical aesthetics centre, among others: their results are below. The product is designed, developed and supported in France, and billed in euros. And when you write to us, we are the ones who answer, within 24 hours.
