Causerie came out of a problem we lived through, not out of a pitch deck. Here is the story, the team, and what we hold to.
Before Causerie, we shipped custom chatbots: assemblies plugged into the OpenAI API, wired straight into our clients' website code. They worked. But every update, a price change, a new service, a rewording, meant a technical intervention. And our clients never saw what their bot was telling their visitors.
Causerie fixes both problems. Autonomy: you import your content, change the personality, switch AI model from a dashboard, with no developer. Transparency: every conversation is readable in full, every lead lands in your inbox.
Today Causerie runs the bots of agencies, online shops, training centres and clinics, in France and Switzerland. The product is designed, developed and supported in France, hosted in Europe, billed in euros. And when you write to us, we are the ones who answer, within 24 hours.
